Freediving in Estonia

We learn breathing and focus, gear fundamentals, safe equalization, and rescue skills. We train in open water year‑round — even in winter.

Courses

We follow methods from leading freedivers worldwide. Training is practical and safety‑first.

Course Level 1 illustration

Level 1 · Foundations

Dives up to 5 m. Core theory and equipment, relaxing and recovery breathing, focus, equalization, and basic rescue.

€180 · all included

  • Prerequisites: age 18+ (16–18 with guardian consent)
  • Swimming ability: 100 m continuous without rest

Schedule is coordinated with participants.

Course Level 2 illustration

Level 2 · Intermediate

Dives up to 14 m. Builds on Level 1: safer deepening techniques and rescue.

  • Requires Level 1 or equivalent
  • Focus: technique, relaxation, disciplines

Time and location by agreement.

We practice relaxing breathing and attention deconcentration to support focus, self‑control, and safety.

  • Theory + dry training
  • Breathing and recovery routines
  • Buddy safety and signals

Open‑Water Training Year‑Round

MEREGRUPP runs open‑water sessions in Estonia throughout the year (including winter). Load and disciplines depend on your level and conditions.

Outdoor sessions follow weather and ice conditions; pool when needed. One‑to‑one training is available.
